Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g Fillet of beef
  • 200 g lean pork belly
  • 18 (approximately 270 g; without head, in shell) ready-to-cook raw, medium-sized shrimps
  • 250 g white mushrooms
  • 2 small zucchini (about 300)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Baguette bread

Directions

  1. 1

Cut beef fillet into thin slices or into thick steaks/medallions weighing approx. 125 g. Cut pork belly into thick strips (approx. 12 g). Wash the shrimps, except for the tail, peel off the skin and remove the intestines. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Wash and clean zucchini and tomatoes. Halve tomatoes, cut zucchini into slices.

  2. 2

Arrange the prepared meat and vegetables on plates and serve with the sauces, salad and baguette around the grill. Preheat the grill on the highest level (level 12) for about 5 minutes, then turn down to level 10. Thin slices of beef fillet need 2-3 minutes while turning, the thick steak about 10 minutes. Pork belly slices will be crispy brown in about 5 minutes and the prawns need 4-5 minutes. The vegetables can be grilled open or excellently under the hood and need only 3-4 minutes when turned.

  3. 3

In between you can clean the grill plate with a spatula (see instructions for use). I first loosened and removed the roasting substances with the spatula and then put some oil on a piece of kitchen paper and rubbed the grill plate with it briefly
