Chopping chocolate. Wash, clean and drain the strawberries. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites, 5 tbsp. cold water and salt until stiff with the whisks of the hand mixer. Stir in egg yolks, sugar and vanillin sugar.
Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa, sieve over the egg mixture and carefully fold in chocolate.
Divide the mixture into 6 small moulds (each approx. 8 cm Ø) lined with baking paper. Press a strawberry into the middle of each mould and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see "Baking instructions").
