Add spring onions and chillies and steam briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper, let cool down. Roll out the dough thinly on some flour and cut out about 20 circles (13 cm Ø). Put about 2 teaspoons of filling on each circle of dough and spread mango cubes on top. Fold over the dough, press the edges and press in lightly with a fork. Let the dumplings rest for about 20 minutes. In the meantime heat oil in a pot. Fry the dumplings in it in portions until golden brown. Remove, drain on kitchen paper and serve hot or cold.
