Ingredients

  • 2 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 10 Lasagne sheets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Minced meat spice
  • 4 small onions
  • 2 packages (500 g each) tomato pulp in pieces
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 potty Basil and thyme
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cornstarch
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 40 g Emmental cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Cook the lasagne sheets in plenty of boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, place in cold water and put aside. Knead minced meat, squeezed out roll and egg. Peel garlic, press it through a garlic press or chop it very finely and add it to the minced meat mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper and minced meat seasoning. Roll out the minced meat mixture on the foil to a plate of approx. 25 x 30 cm. Peel and finely dice the onions.

    Pour the tomato pieces onto a sieve and collect the liquid. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, fry the onions in it. Add the tomato pieces and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let it cool down a bit. Wash the basil and thyme and chop finely until a few leaves for decoration and add to the tomato pieces. Drain the lasagne sheets and place half of them on top of each other in flakes on the mince. Spread half of the chopped tomato mixture on top. Spread another layer of lasagne sheets and the remaining tomato mixture. Roll up the chopped tomato mixture with the help of the foil. Place in the greased fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, bring tomato juice to the boil for the sauce. Stir cornstarch in cold water until smooth and thicken the boiling sauce with it. Bring to the boil again. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

    Spread another layer of lasagne sheets and the remaining tomato mixture. Roll up the chopped tomato mixture with the help of the foil. Place in the greased fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, bring tomato juice to the boil for the sauce. Stir cornstarch in cold water until smooth and thicken the boiling sauce with it. Bring to the boil again. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, fry the tomato quarters briefly. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the meat roll 10 minutes before the end of the frying time. Cut the roulade open and serve with vegetables and sauce. Garnish with remaining herbs

    Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, fry the tomato quarters briefly. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the meat roll 10 minutes before the end of the frying time. Cut the roulade open and serve with vegetables and sauce. Garnish with remaining herbs
