Clean, wash and drain the salad. Tangerines on a sieve also let drain well. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop except for a little to garnish.
Mix salad cream, onions and dill. Season with salt and pepper and fold in 140 g mandarins. (Use the rest of the mandarins and juice for other purposes). Place approx. 1 tablespoon of filling on a slice of smoked pork loin and twist into a roll.
Arrange rolls and salad on 4 plates. Serve garnished with remaining dill. Baguette tastes good with it.
