Wash the fillet and cut into 8 medallions. Heat oil in a pan (with lid). Fry the medallions for 2-3 minutes on each side
Wash the tomatoes and cut into 8 slices. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into 8 pieces. Roast bread in toaster until golden brown. Halve diagonally or cut out 2 thalers from each slice of bread with a cookie cutter (approx. 6 cm Ø)
Season medallions in the pan with salt and pepper. Top each with tomatoes and cheese. Cover and fry until the cheese has melted
Wash the salad, shake dry. Place 1 lettuce leaf and 1 medallion on each half of the toast sticks or taler. Add 1 tsp. ketchup and sprouts each. Place the rest of the toast on top
