  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 (250 g each) ripe avocados
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 ml cold chicken stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut avocados in half, remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin. If necessary, cut off 3 avocado slices to garnish. Dice the rest

    Puree the avocado, onion, garlic, lemon juice and stock. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Garnish the dip with avocado slices and parsley if desired
