Cut feta cheese into 1/2-1 cm thick slices. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash herbs and shake dry. Remove the leaves from the thyme, the needles from the rosemary
Place the cheese and tomatoes on aluminium foil like roof tiles. Sprinkle with olives and herbs. Season with pepper. Drizzle oil over it. Fold up the aluminium foil at the corners. Bake on the hot grill for 15-20 minutes. Serve with pepperoni and flat bread
