Peel and chop the onions. Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary, cut in half. Fry in 3 tablespoons of hot oil, season with salt and pepper, remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry the minced meat in it until coarse crumbly, season.

Dice cucumbers. Wash and chop the parsley. Mix everything with the rest of the onions. Stir the sour cream and mustard into the chopping pan and heat it up. Season to taste with stock, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar and serve with cucumber chopping.
