Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 ( size M ) Egg
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Roman salad heart
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 200 g Kalamata Olives
  • 200 g Pepperoni (jar)
  • 100 ml + 4 Tbsp Olivenöl
  • 4-6 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Cut the cheese into strips about 1.5 cm thick. Whisk the egg in a deep plate. Turn the strips one after the other in flour, egg and breadcrumbs

    Clean, wash and cut the romaine lettuce into strips. Wash and clean the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Mix the prepared ingredients, olives and pepperoni in a large bowl

    Heat 100 ml of oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese in it for about 5 minutes, turning. Marinate salad with lemon, 4 tbsp. oil, salt and pepper. Arrange cheese sticks and salad
