Farfalle tuna salad with avocado

Ingredients

  • 400 g Farfalle Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g small mushrooms
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 1 can(s) (210 ml) Tuna, natural
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) ripe avocado

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash and slice radishes. Clean, wash and slice spring onions. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Drain tuna and pluck into pieces. Drain the noodles and chill.

    Mix stock, vinegar and mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in parsley. Mix salad ingredients and marinade and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Halve the avocado and remove the core. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices. Fold into the salad
