Farfalle salad with sesame salmon, mairübchen, cucumber and honey-mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 400 g Farfalle Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Mairübchen
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 3 TSP medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 500 g Salmon fillet, without skin
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sesame seed
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and halve or quarter the Mairübchen, depending on size, and cut into thin slices. ##Wash and clean the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.

    Wash the dill, dab dry and pluck flags from the stems. Finely chop flags, except for a little garnish. Drain the pasta, rinse and drain. Mix broth, vinegar, honey and mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Stir in chopped dill. Mix the salad ingredients and marinade and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Wash ##fish##, dab dry and cut diagonally into slices and turn in sesame seeds. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper. Take the fish out, let it cool down a little and carefully fold it into the salad. Arrange salad, garnish with dill.
