Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (600 g) fresh gnocchi (refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 10 discs Bacon
  • 125 g Rocket
  • 1/4 collar Spring onions
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, leave to stand for 2 minutes and drain. Put the bacon in a cold pan and let it crisp over medium heat. Wash the salad and shake dry. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into small pieces.

    Finely slice the cheese.

    Mix spring onions, mustard, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Break the bacon into large pieces. Mix gnocchi, salad and bacon, add vinaigrette and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with cheese and coarse pepper.
