Façon saltimbocca

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 2 sardine cans in oil
  • 3 tranches de jambon sec
  • 12 feuilles de suck
  • 1 boule de mozzarella
  • 20 g de parmesan
  • 7-10 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • 7-10 Tbsp poivre

Directions

    1 Preheat the oven to the broil position. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into 12 very thin slices. Cut each slice of ham into 4. Wash and dry the sage leaves. Drain the sardines. Grate the parmesan cheese

    2 Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on a piece of ham. Place a sardine on top and roll it up. Then wrap a sage leaf around it and hold it in place with a wooden pick.

    3 Place the saltimbocca on the oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper. Put in the oven for a few minutes until the mozzarella melts and the ham crumbles slightly. Serve with pasta for example
