##peel and halve the onion## and cut it into thin strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the salsicce in it all around for 5-6 minutes and take it out.
Fry the onion and sauerkraut in the frying fat for 5 minutes while turning. Season with salt, ##pepper## and sugar.
In between heat 1 tablespoon of oil and butter in a second pan. Fry the gnocchi for about 5 minutes, turning them all around. Season with salt and ##muscat##.
Add the salsicce to the sauerkraut in the pan and warm up briefly. Arrange everything.
