Cut the tomatoes in half. Wash the meat, dab dry, dice.
Heat the oil in a tall frying pan. Brown the meat all around. Fry the tomatoes briefly. Season with salt and 1 teaspoon each of chilli and oregano. Add cream and 1 l water, stir in broth, bring to the boil. Add noodles.
Simmer open over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Wash and chop the parsley. Dice mozzarella. Fold in about 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Flavour again. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
