Clean and wash the broccoli, divide into very small florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain. Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Peel and finely dice onions. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Chop nuts coarsely.
Fry the meat in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Broccoli, onions, ginger, nuts, each 1⁄4 TL cumin and coriander in hot frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of water and meat and season to taste.
