Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 ml Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Sharon Fruits
  • 4 Litchis
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm, Cape gooseberries, lime slices and fruit peel spirals

Directions

    Mix maple syrup and lime juice. Peel the sharon fruit and cut into slices. Cut off the skin of the lychees in a spiral shape. Quarter the pineapple. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Peel and slice banana. Fry in hot fat while turning. Arrange fruit on plates and drizzle with lime sauce. Decorate with lemon balm, Cape gooseberries, lime slices and fruit spirals
