Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (20 shaped potato dumplings) Bag Mini Dumplings
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Bring water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Add the dumplings and let them simmer for 5 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Clean mushrooms, rub with kitchen paper and cut in half. Cut the bacon into strips, drain in a pan and remove.

    Fry dumplings in bacon fat. Add mushrooms, paprika and leek, fry briefly. Add stock and cream and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce thickener, bring to the boil again. Fold in bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper
