Ham rolls with pepper-fresh cheese cream on salad

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 (100 g) Bag of salad mix
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pickled green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 120 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 4 discs cooked ham (approx. 50 g each)

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Beat the oil into the vinaigrette drop by drop. Wash the salad and shake dry. Chop the pepper. Peel onion and cut into very fine cubes. Mix cream cheese, onion cubes and pepper

    Place the ham slices next to each other. Spread the cream cheese on the ham slices and smooth them down. Roll up the slices of ham and cut in half. Arrange salad and ham rolls on plates. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette. Bread tastes good with it
