Cream cheese and egg cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 Gherkin
  • 1 spring onion
  • 175 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Boil the egg in boiling water for about 9 minutes. Remove the egg and quench. Dice cucumber finely. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into rings. Dice egg finely. Mix cream cheese, egg, cucumber, mustard and spring onion.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on bread. Garnish bread with slices of egg and gherkins if necessary.
