Gooseberry Apricot Jam

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp about 350 ml each:
  • 750 g Gooseberries
  • 900 g Apricots
  • 1 package (500 g) "Diet Gelly Fructose"

Directions

    Clean, wash and dry gooseberries. Weigh 700 g of fruit. Wash and stone the apricots. Weigh 700 g fruit flesh and chop

    Mix the fruit, jam sugar and cinnamon in a large pot. Bring everything to a boil while stirring over high heat. Then let it boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring

    Skim jam if necessary. Remove cinnamon. Immediately pour into prepared twist-off jars and close. Let cool upside down
