Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 250 g Raspberries (fresh/TK) or 2 glasses (370 ml each)
  • 6 (425 ml) fresh or 1 jar/can of apricots
  • 250 ml Drink syrup "woodruff flavour" (e.g. Tri Top)
  • 13/4 l Well cooled mineral water (carbonated)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube or plastic cooler

Directions

    Select the raspberries and wash them carefully if necessary. Wash, halve and stone the apricots. Cut the apricots into slices

    Put the syrup and fruit in a large glass container. Fill up with chilled mineral water just before serving. Add ice cubes or plastic cooler
