Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g big green olives
  • 1 Protein
  • 60 g Flour
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Beer
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 kg Frying fat for baking
  • 8 discs Parma ham
  • 8 discs Salami
  • 7-10 Tbsp different salad leaves

Directions

    Stone olives. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix flour, beer, oil and salt. Fold in egg white.

    Heat frying fat. Pull olives through the dough and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Arrange fried olives, ham and salami on salad leaves
