Curry sausage skewer with potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 small onions
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 package (200 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 2 (100 g each) calorie-reduced bratwursts
  • 1/2 green and red pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and fry them in 1/2 teaspoon hot oil for about 15 minutes. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Finely dice 1 onion. Chop thyme finely, except for something to garnish.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil, fry the onion and thyme in it. Add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Let simmer a little bit. Cut the sausages into pieces. Cut 1 onion into slices.

    Cut the pepper into pieces. Put prepared ingredients alternately on skewers and fry in 1/2 teaspoon of oil while turning for 6-8 minutes. Dust with curry. Arrange everything on plates.
