Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sultanas
  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 600 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Curry

Directions

  1. 1

    Soak sultanas in warm water.

  2. 2

Soak the rolls in cold water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Squeeze the bread roll well and knead with the onion, minced meat and egg. Season with approx. 1 level tsp salt and approx. 1⁄2 tsp pepper.

  3. 3

Form 8 meatballs from the minced meat mass with wet hands. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meatballs in it (possibly in portions) at medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.

  4. 4

Wash coriander briefly, shake dry and chop. Drain the sultanas.

  5. 5

Peel and wash the carrot and cut into very thin slices. Knead everything with curry into the mince. Form into meatballs and fry.
