  • 150 g red currants
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1/4 l Milk

Directions

    Wash and drain the currants. Turn 3 panicles in lemon juice and roll in 1 tablespoon of sugar. Strip the remaining berries from the panicles. Puree yoghurt, milk, approx. 2/3 berries and 1-2 tbsp sugar.

    Stir in the remaining berries. Decorate shakes with one sugared redcurrant pancake each.
