  • 1 package Almond-flavoured pudding powder
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1 package (250 g) Poppy seed bake
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 12 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 50 g Almond slivers
  • baking paper

Directions

    Stir pudding powder and two tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk and sugar to the boil. Stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil again and allow to cool while stirring. For the dough mix quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, oil and salt.

    Mix flour and baking powder and knead into the quark mixture. Mix the poppy seed baking and quark. Drain the apricots. Form the quark and oil dough into a roll (8 cm Ø), cut into 12 slices, shape into round plates and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Press one recess in the middle at a time. First add one tablespoon of custard each, then spread the poppy seed mixture on top. Place an apricot on each. Sprinkle with almond slivers and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15 minutes.
