Wash and clean the cucumber, grate finely and sprinkle with 1 level teaspoon of salt. Leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes.
In the meantime, drain the corn. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the ham into cubes. Wash the dill, pluck the flags and chop finely. Mix yoghurt, dill and grated cucumber with the liquid that has been created. Season with pepper and lemon juice. Mix corn, onion and ham. Arrange yoghurt in portions with 1/4 of the corn mixture in plates
