  • 1/2 Salatgurke (ca. 190 g)
  • 300 g Fresh cream
  • 2 TEASPOONS Wasabi (tube)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash, peel and roughly grate the cucumber. Mix crème fraîche, wasabi and lemon juice together, fold in cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
