Wash and clean the cucumbers and slice them into thin slices. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Mix chili sauce with 1 tablespoon of oil, vinegar and salt. Shrimps wash, dab dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
Fry the prawns for about 1 minute, turning them once. Mix cucumber slices, spring onion rings and chilli vinaigrette. Arrange the salad with 2 prawns per plate. Garnish with dill
