Cucumber salad with sweet and hot sauce, prawns and spring onions

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Asian chili sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 8 large peeled shrimps (approx. 35 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

    Wash and clean the cucumbers and slice them into thin slices. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Mix chili sauce with 1 tablespoon of oil, vinegar and salt. Shrimps wash, dab dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.

    Fry the prawns for about 1 minute, turning them once. Mix cucumber slices, spring onion rings and chilli vinaigrette. Arrange the salad with 2 prawns per plate. Garnish with dill
