Boil eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard. Wash and clean the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut it into pieces. Wash the sprouts and let them drain. Drain eggs, quench, peel and cut into slices.
Mix honey, mustard and lemon juice, fold in the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix cucumber, sprouts and prawns, pour honey-mustard sauce over it. Arrange in small bowls, add eggs.
