  • 1/2 bunch Mint
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 175 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 discs Toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

    Wash mint, pluck off leaves and, except for 2 stems, clean and cut into fine strips. Wash and clean the cucumbers and cut or slice 16 thin slices (use the rest for other purposes if necessary). Stir cream cheese with mint strips until smooth, season to taste with salt and pepper

    Cut the rind off the toast. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread slices and quarter each slice. Divide the cucumber slices into 16 toast sticks, cover the second half of the toast sticks with the second half and garnish with mint. Add wooden skewers
