Chop the nuts and roast them in a pan without fat. Take them out and let them cool down. Chop figs in the universal chopper.
Briefly bring 50 g butter and 2 tbsp. light beet syrup to the boil. Mix in oat flakes, nut mixture and figs well. Remove from heat. Let cool off. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Cool for about 30 minutes.
