Knead icing sugar, 230 g flour, 150 g margarine and salt with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Press the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) sprinkled with flour, forming a rim about 8 cm high.
Peel and quarter apples, cut out the core and dice the flesh. Mix apples, brown sugar and applesauce, spread on the dough base.
Mix sugar, 130 g fat, 200 g flour and cinnamon to a crumbled dough. Spread the crumble on the apples. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool on a cake rack and remove from the tin.
