Cucumber cold dish with crabs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cucumber (approx. 500 g)
  • 2 (each 500 g) Cup of soured milk (3,5 % fat)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100-150 g Crab meat
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes

Directions

    Wash cucumber well or peel thinly. Grate the cucumber roughly on a grater

    Cucumber shavings and soured milk mix. Peel onion and garlic, chop both or crush garlic. Wash the dill and chop except for a little bit. Stir everything into the soured milk

    Season the cucumber cold peel with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir in oil

    Rinse the crabs briefly in cold water and pat dry. Clean, wash and dice the tomatoes. Sprinkle prawns and diced tomatoes over the cold dish just before serving. Garnish with remaining dill. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread
