Cucumber butter milk cold dish

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 5 Radishes
  • some stem(s) Dill and chives
  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Hard boil the egg in about 10 minutes. Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix buttermilk, vegetables and herbs.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Peel egg, dice finely and sprinkle over the soup. Add yoghurt. Garnish with dill flags and serve chilled.
