Ingredients

  • 4 discs Parma or Serrano ham
  • 1 TEASPOON + 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 150 g seedless grapes
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 6 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g Walnut kernels

Directions

    Cut the ham into fine strips. Brush a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry the ham strips for 4-5 minutes while turning them until crispy.

    Clean, wash and dry grate the cucumber, cut it in half and slice or slice it lengthwise into thin strips. Pluck the grapes from the stems, wash, dab dry and halve. Dice cheese

    Season the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in 6 tablespoons of oil. Mix cucumber, grapes, nuts, cheese and vinaigrette in a bowl and serve. Roasted white bread tastes good with it
