Muesli in stock: Mix the cereal mixture, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, oil and honey well. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/circulating air: 125 °C/gas: level 1) for 25-30 minutes. Turn from time to time. Remove, allow to cool and pour into a storage jar (lasts for approx. 3 weeks)
Yoghurt & Fruit: Stir yoghurt and 2 tablespoons honey until smooth. Wash and halve the grapes, possibly remove seeds. Peel and quarter mandarins, peel banana. Cut both into slices. Wash apple, remove seeds, cut into slices
Arrange crunchy muesli in small bowls with honey yoghurt and fruits. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon honey
