  • 120 g Cashew nuts
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • baking paper

    Roast cashew nuts in a coated pan without fat until golden brown. Add curry and honey. Caramelise the honey while stirring. Immediately spread it on a piece of baking paper and let it cool down.
