Crunch bars

Ingredients

  • 1 Roll (400 g) square pizza dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sea salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Roll out the dough. Place on a floured surface with the paper facing upwards. Remove the paper and place on a baking tray. Cut the dough in half crosswise. Sprinkle one half with sesame seeds and the other with salt, press lightly.

    Cut into 20 strips in total. Pull the strips a little longer, lay them double and turn them inside out.

    Place on the tray and brush with oil. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes.
