Peel and wash the potatoes. Cook in salt water for about 20 minutes, beans for about 15 minutes. Drain. Clean and wash mushrooms. Peel onion.
Chop both. Fry them in 1 tsp. oil. Add herbs, season.
Fry meat in 1 teaspoon of oil for 7-8 minutes, keep warm. Loosen the meat with stock, thicken and season. Dressing
