Let the frozen raspberries thaw briefly. Select fresh raspberries and wash if necessary
For the crumbles, knead flour, ground almonds, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and butter in flakes with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then work into crumbles with your hands if necessary
Arrange the raspberries and crumbles on 4 oven-proof plates or ramekins. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar. Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream
