Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g soft butter/margarine
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 slightly heaped tablespoon of cocoa
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

    Break chocolate into pieces. Melt with cream at low heat while stirring. Measure 1/8 l and let it cool

    Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix alternately with

    Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake about 10 waffles one after the other. Dust with icing sugar and serve with the rest of the chocolate sauce (possibly warm up again). Serve with pears and vanilla ice cream
