Crispy chicken croque

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Chicken fillets (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1-2 stem(s) Sage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 Mini-Romana salad
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 4-6 Radishes
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Baguette bread
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS light salad cream (15 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the fillets, dab dry. Wash the sage, remove the leaves and cut into strips if necessary. Mix with oil and lemon peel. Brush the fillets with it, cover and let them draw for a while

    Clean and wash lettuce, cucumber and radishes. Peel the cucumber if necessary. Slice or cut cucumber and radishes into fine slices. Pluck the lettuce a little smaller. Halve the bread, then cut it crosswise

    Grill fillets on the hot grill for 6-7 minutes on each side. Spread the breads with salad cream and grill for about 3 minutes. Cover with cucumber, lettuce and radish. Season fillets with salt and pepper and place on top
