  • 1 TABLESPOON Almond kernels with skin
  • 1 TEASPOON Pistachio kernels
  • 100 g Cream cheese (21 % fat)
  • 1 washer (14 g) Sesame crispbread
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 2 (5 g each) Sesame Knäckis
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 200 ml Skimmed milk (0,3 % fat)
  • 75 g Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Chop almonds and pistachios and mix with cream cheese. Cover slice of crispbread with salad leaf. Spread cream cheese on all crispbreads. Drizzle with honey. Puree milk and raspberries in a blender. Serve the drink and crispbread garnished with lemon balm
