Ingredients

  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (for B. white balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 2 Heads radicchio salad
  • 1 Head Salad
  • 750 g Tomatoes

    Whip vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Onion peel, roughly dice. Clean, wash and cut salads into strips. Tomatoes w
