Peel a few curls from the chocolate with a peeler and chill. Chop the rest of the chocolate
Stir pudding powder, sugar and 8 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk, chopped chocolate and espresso powder to the boil while stirring. Stir in pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring
Pour the pudding into a large bowl and let it cool down. Stir vigorously several times so that no skin is formed
Whip the cream until stiff and fold loosely into the pudding. Arrange the cream in a glass bowl, cover and chill. Decorate with the chocolate curls before serving
