Ingredients

  • 400 g Camembert
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 75 g dried soft tomatoes
  • 4 Stem/s Basil
  • 1 Garlic clove

Directions

    Finely dice the camembert and place in a bowl. Add butter and cream cheese and mix everything with the whisk of the mixer. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Mix into the cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Halve the mixture.

    Roast 50 g pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove. Finely dice 75 g dried soft tomatoes. Wash 4 stems of basil. Cut the leaves into strips. Peel and finely chop 1 clove of garlic. Stir the prepared ingredients into the other half of the Obatzda basic mixture.
