Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Heat oil in a pan (with lid). Fry the meat in it vigorously, turning it frequently.
In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and wash. Season meat with salt and take it out of the pan.
Sauté the cauliflower in hot frying fat for about 5 minutes. Add spring onions and steam briefly. Add cream and 100 ml water, bring to the boil. Stir in broth and Sambal Oelek.
Add the meat and braise everything covered for 5-10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Season to taste with salt. Serve, add baguette.
